Ingredients
- 320g rolled oats
- 50g chopped pecans
- 50g sliced almonds
- 70g coconut flakes
- 50g raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- Preheat oven to 300 F.
- Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment. Spread granola. Bake for 35 minutes.
- Let cool for an hour.
