Fig leaf syrup

Ingredients 

3-4 fig leaves

2 cups water

1.5 cups sugar

Method

Mix all ingredients in medium sized pot. Bring to boil, stirring so sugar dissolves. Once boiling, turn off heat and let leaves steep for an hour. Strain syrup and bottle.
